February 12, 2021

Are you looking for the the best educational YouTube channels for toddlers?

I know some parents are a little iffy about screen time as was I.  I didn’t want to make screen time a habit for Milan, and so I set out in search of the best educational YouTube channels for kids.

For us, it was trial and error to see if he was gaining anything from these YouTube channels/shows. I didn’t want him to have screen time and watch shows where he wasn’t gaining valuable information from. It’s been amazing watching how much he has learned in the past 6 months from these educational YouTube shows.

by watching these educational YouTube channels,  Milan’s learned colors, numbers, countless amount of words, and even animal names and sounds. As a busy mama who is working full-time on my blog and Instagram, YouTube has been a god sent!

However we only allow about 30-45 minutes of screen time a day, and we like to break it up so he gets some time in the morning and some in the evening. And yes, there are some days when he gets more screen time because we are just so busy or need something to distract him. And that’s okay, life is all about balance. So don’t beat yourself up if you feel like some days your toddler is getting a little more screen time than normal.

We’re all human.

As a parent, the best thing you can do is make sure that what they’re watching will benefit them. I’m excited to share with you my list of the best educational YouTube channels for toddlers. I know you’ll love them just as much as we do.
